Seller Agreement

1. Introduction

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between NEGROMART ("we," "us," "our") and you, the Seller ("you," "your"), governing your use of the NEGROMART marketplace to list and sell products.

By registering as a Seller, you agree to comply with this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and all platform policies.

We succeed when you succeed. This is a partnership.

2. Seller Eligibility

  • Registered business or authorized individual
  • Valid tax ID and business license
  • Physical address in supported regions
  • Bank account for payouts

3. Product Listings

You Must Provide:

  • ✓ Clear, original photos
  • ✓ Accurate title & description
  • ✓ Correct pricing & inventory
  • ✓ Valid SKU & category

We Review:

  • ✓ Compliance with policies
  • ✓ Image quality
  • ✓ Prohibited items
  • ✓ Trademark violations

4. Pricing & Platform Fees

0.8–15%

Commission

Per successful sale

1.9% + ₵0.30

5. Order Fulfillment

  • Ship within 48 hours of order
  • Provide valid tracking number
  • Update order status promptly

6. Returns & Refunds

You must offer a minimum 7-day return window for defective or misdescribed items.

NEGROMART mediates disputes. Final decision is binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Counterfeit goods

Price manipulation

Fake reviews

Spam or phishing

IP infringement

Unauthorized reselling

Violations may result in suspension, fund withholding, or legal action.

8. Termination

We may terminate your account immediately for:

  • • Repeated policy violations
  • • Fraud or illegal activity
  • • Harm to platform or users

Upon termination, unpaid funds may be withheld to cover liabilities.
