These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the NEGROMART website (www.negromart.com), mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and functionalities (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform—whether as a Buyer, Seller (Vendor), or Visitor—you agree to be fully bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Seller Agreement (for Vendors), and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform.
⚠️ If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Refers to NEGROMART Limited, its affiliates, employees, and agents.
Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Buyer – A User who purchases products or services via the Platform.
Seller/Vendor – A User who lists, offers, or sells products/services on the Platform.
Content – Includes text, images, product listings, reviews, messages, and any material uploaded or displayed.
Order – A purchase request submitted by a Buyer and accepted by a Seller.
You may need to create an account to access certain features.
Your Responsibilities:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
NEGROMART operates as a marketplace facilitator, connecting Buyers and independent Sellers.
We do NOT:
Sellers are solely responsible for:
Sellers on NEGROMART operate independently and are responsible for their listings and deliveries. NEGROMART facilitates the transaction by temporarily holding Buyer funds until the Seller fulfills the order, similar to industry-standard marketplace practices. The underlying contract for the sale remains between Buyer and Seller, with NEGROMART providing secure payment processing and order monitoring.
Sellers agree to:
List only legal, authentic products
Comply with all applicable laws
Honor Orders at listed price
Ship within promised timeframe
Provide valid tracking
Accept returns per policy
Pay platform fees & commissions
Violation may result in account suspension, withholding of funds, or legal action.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Illegal drugs & weapons
Adult content & pornography
Hate speech content
Spam, phishing, malware
IP infringement
Reselling accounts
We reserve the right to remove listings and terminate accounts without notice.
